No, you do not need to be home during your cleaning service. Many clients provide us with access to their home, such as a key or security code, so we can perform the cleaning while they are away.
Do you bring your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
We bring all of our own cleaning products. However, we do ask you to provide us with a vacuum, mop, bucket, microfibre cloths, scrubber and duster.
What cleaning products do you use?
We use eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products to ensure the safety of your home and family. We believe in a healthier home and planet. We may use harsher chemicals during a deep clean if we deem necessary.
What should I do with my pets during the cleaning?
It's up to you! We are comfortable working around pets, but if your pets are nervous or anxious, you might prefer to keep them in a separate area.
Can you clean after a party or event?
Yes, we offer post-event cleaning services to help you restore your home to its original condition after a party or event.
How do I prepare my house before cleaning service?
To help us maximize our time on detailed cleaning, it would be beneficial if you could tidy up beforehand. Please ensure that all cleaning cloths are washed and clean.
What happens if something is damaged during the cleaning?
We take great care to handle your belongings responsibly. In the unlikely event of damage, we are fully insured and will address the situation promptly and fairly.
What if I’m not satisfied with the cleaning?
Even though we can guarantee that you’ll be satisfied with our clean, Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will arrange to rectify the issue promptly.
How often will my pet be walked or exercised during an overnight stay?
During an overnight stay, we try our best to follow your pet's regular exercise routine, including walks and playtime. We ensure that your pet gets the right amount of exercise and attention to keep them happy and healthy.
How do I prepare my home for an overnight stay?
For overnight stays, we would have discussed all instructions and your pets routine beforehand during our meet and greet. All we ask is that you provide a comfortable sleeping arrangement, whether it's a spare bedroom or a sofa bed. We will bring our own food and toiletries. When we leave, we will ensure your home is left in the same condition as when you left it.
Do you offer updates during overnight stays?
Yes, we provide frequent updates during overnight stays to keep you informed about your pet's well-being. We can send updates and pictures via WhatsApp.
What happens if my pet becomes ill during an overnight stay?
If your pet becomes ill during an overnight stay, we will contact you immediately and follow your instructions. If necessary, we will take your pet to the nearest veterinarian for treatment.
How far in advance should I book overnight pet sitting services?
We recommend booking overnight pet sitting services as far in advance as possible, especially during peak times like holidays. This ensures availability and allows time for a meet-and-greet. In order to secure your booking, we require a non refundable 20% deposit.
