TERMS & CONDITIONS

By accepting and agreeing to any service provided by Pawfectly Bright the client agrees to accept the terms and conditions as listed below. In the event that the terms and conditions change we will notify you via email. Services

  • Should your scheduled service fall on a Bank Holiday or during a holiday period, every effort will be made to re-arrange your service to a different day that week (unless we are needed that day)

  • Pawfectly Bright will carry out services on an agreed time and day of the week. At the client’s request, we can change the agreed service day, provided that the client gives at least 48 hours notice. We can then check to see if we have the availability for the proposed new service time and date.

  • We will call or text to inform you if there is likely to be more than a 30 minute delay to arriving at the scheduled service at the time booked.

Cleaning Services

  • The duration of the cleaning services will be dependent on both the size and conditions of the property. This would of been agreed beforehand prior to the scheduled service.

  • Our cleaning teams are instructed to follow the requirements listed on the service schedule for your property that both parties have agreed on before hand. If you would like additional services performed, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance and we will see if we have the availability.

  • Pawfectly Bright requests that you ensure all extremely fragile items and items of sentimental value are removed or secured on the day that the service is provided. We are all human and mistakes may happen. If you cannot move or secure the items please make it known to us.

  • The client must inform us of any possible hazards in your home to minimise the risk of accident e.g. loose shelves, worktops, animals, previously broken items etc.

  • The client must ensure that we have access to electricity supply on the day of cleaning services and also provide us with a working vacuum, mop/bucket, cleaning cloths and cleaning tools. If you fail to do so, unfortunately we wont be able to fully complete your cleaning service and you will be still charged the full amount.

  • For the safety of your children we do not clean in the same room where your children are present as this is a saftey issue due to cleaning products being used. We cannot supervise your children whilst cleaning.

  • Pets in the home that may cause a threat or distraction must be secured for the safety of our team and your pets whilst cleaning as we are using cleaning products.

  • During a Deep Clean service, we will always try to move and clean under furniture. However, this may not be possible due to an items weight, size or position.

    Pet Care Services

    1. The client authorises Pawfectly Bright to act in the event of their pets needing urgent medical attention if the client is not reachable by their contact details, including emergency contact. The client further agrees that they will be responsible for any and all costs of any veterinary care and treatment deemed necessary by the veterinarian.

    2. Pawfectly Bright must be made known of any pre existing medical conditions your pet may have.

    3. The client must understand that due to the way that animals play and interact with one another, minor cuts and scratches can occur even when supervised.

    4. Pawfectly Bright cannot walk dogs whilst they are on heat.

    5. The client must provide a suitable and safe harness/collar for their pet during our services. You will take full liability for any damage caused if your pet were to become loose from the provided harness/collar.

      Payment

      • Payment must be made in full up to 24 hours before the scheduled service. If you are a regular client, such as weekly or fortnightly, you will be invoiced for the whole month in advance via email. You are then required to pay the month of services up front 24 hours before your first scheduled service. We only accept bank transfer payments (unless agreed otherwise).

    6. For overnight pet sitting stays, in order to secure your booking, Pawfectly Bright requires a non refundable 20% deposit of your full stay price.

Cancellation Policy

  • We require a 48 hour cancellation notice.

  • There will be no charge for cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled service. Your service can be moved to another day (if available) or moved to the following month.

  • Cancellations made between 24 hours and 48 hours of a scheduled service will be charged at 50% of your scheduled service fee.

  • Any cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled service will be charged the full amount.

  • If we cannot access your property on the day of your scheduled service, such as failing to leave a key, you will be charged the full amount.

  • If we need to cancel a scheduled service with you, we will provide notice at least 48 hours in advance and attempt to reschedule your service to a different time slot or day of the week.

  • If, for any reason, we are unable to reschedule your service for a different time slot/day of the week or give you less than 48 hours notice, your scheduled service will be moved to your usual time slot the following month.

  • In some situations we may need to cancel or reschedule your service due to disasters, states of emergency, or other conditions such as extreme bad weather that make it unsafe or impossible to travel to your property.
